Each piece can stand alone, but when presented together within the same space, the collective element that unites the work as a whole is present and makes sense.
Select pieces from various series Park has created, such as the HUMAN series- in which people are depicted wrapped in wire- must be seen live to do the intricate work justice; it is truly unbelievable. The OBJECT series features musical instruments wrapped in the silver wire, a grand piano is on display in this exhibit.
Check out the screen whose subtracted mass gives the illusion of a monochromatic outdoor landscape. Then step behind it and you will become part of the art itself. The scene is altered with a living, breathing, ever-changing persona. It is truly awe inspiring and one of the most impressive pieces
The entire experience was unforgettable. A definite must-see exhibition. I was blown away.
